"We do not know when our life journey will end.
Don’t lose yourself by blending in everyone’s likes and the fear of their hate.
Live your life! Don’t forget your life.
Learn to deal with complicated feelings and stressful situations."
Bibi Nasabi
How much time do we have left?
No one knows how long they have left to live.
So, while you may be thinking about how much time you have left.
The best question is the quality and not the amount of time you have left.
I would love to see how my kids' lives are going.
And spend time with them at different stages of their life.
But there is no guarantee that I will see them of all ages.
I also cannot be sure that I will spend as much time as I expect with friends and family.
Many have already died unexpectedly.
We become more and more worried about our future.
And feel that the road before us is uncertain and get scared.
Start looking ahead in life!
If you turn around and look behind, you will notice that you have come further in your life.
We Do Not Know How Much Time We Have Left!
Just take one step and do something meaningful. We all are travelers in this world.
Keep your mind open in the present moment, and you can transform yourself and live with dignity.
Take advantage of the time you have. Don’t be a victim, and be prepared.
Stay positive and get away from negativity.
We don’t know what’s going to happen tomorrow.
We are running out of time, don’t sleep, wake up and try to get ready before the door closes. Get the oil in your lamp.
Do something while the door is still open.
Admire your strength; endure your battles; you can do it.
Take care of your life, identify your weakness and break your silence.
If you break your silence, some people won’t like you and try to go against you.
Take responsibility! We Don’t Know How Much Time We Have Left!
When you feel insecure, you may not want to do something you know is good for you.
But it helps if you force yourself to do it.
What to do if you are down and don’t feel like yourself?
Please take responsibility for what you think you can do, and it may be overwhelmed by work.
Reconnecting Activities, activities that bring you joy, can help you return to your sense of self.
And value yourself wherever you are in your life.
A balanced life includes time to do what you love.
You will only feel complete if there is a perfect balance.
Change Yourself! You Don’t Have Much Time left!
When you feel that you are not entirely yourself, it is difficult for you to return to yourself.
Remember we don’t have much time left and you need to change yourself.
Changes can be complex, even if you are unhappy with a particular area of your life.
It may seem like it will be easier for you to stick to it.
You may laugh less; maybe you cannot return to the desired daily routine that makes you feel good.
When something is wrong, start making many changes to see if you can figure out what makes you feel better.
Instead of burying this unattainable and unforgettable feeling, there may be a better way to find your true identity.
You can find yourself by visiting places and people that make you happy and energetic.
With a bit of patience and perseverance, you can feel yourself again-most importantly.
Reach out and discover a brand new self in a process that you never knew existed.
Stop and Think! You Don’t Have Much Time Left!
Every time I feel overwhelmed, I try to stop, think, and get to the root of my feelings.
I don't like crying in front of people.
But whenever I have the opportunity to slip out and cry alone, I feel better and better after that.
We often feel anxious when we are too worried about the future.
And depressed when we are too concerned about what happened in the past.
Thinking about it can remind us that there is something else on this day.
Or a time when it seems that it is a bit different.
Everything is constantly changing, but the truth is that everything is ebb and flow.
I felt like I was somersaulting in my head.
Holding a small thread trying to correct the mistake, but it just turned it into a tangled loop.
When that happened, the best thing I did was slow down and figure out what happened.
And turned off entirely and desperately found ways to distract me from my feelings.
Sometimes, when people encounter difficulties, work is a great way to distract them.
It can help them feel better and more efficient.
So, if you don't want to make yourself feel like you and get out of your head.
Returning to your life can help you get rid of this strange time you may be experiencing.
If you want to feel better quickly, talk to a close friend or loved one who can listen, give advice, or laugh.
It is normal to feel sad in response to a challenging life event, loss, or change.
Sometimes, these feelings can persist for a while and make it difficult to live our daily lives.
Find ways to make yourself feel better! Our life journey on this earth is short!
Do Things You Love To Do! We Don’t Know How Much Time We Have Left!
Look for yourself. You are not the person you used to be ten years before; you have grown.
The road before us might look uncertain, but we should trust ourselves and move forward.
Reach for the heavens. Show everyone who you are.
Our Life Journey Is Short! Don’t Compromise!
Why do we women feel sluggish and feel like we are not ourselves?
When you constantly compromise with the needs and expectations of others and forget yourself, you can quickly feel disconnected from yourself.
Sometimes distraction and self-care can be the best ways to help us get out of our routine.
The world constantly tries to make you something else.
Have the courage and fight for who you are, and don’t hide behind the mask.
Look for yourself! Take care of yourselves. Do things you love to do and admire your strength. May God show you what to do.
